Blossoming Mommy and Baby was created as I embarked on my own journey through maternal health, wellness, and pregnancy preparation. After weeks, turned months of searching online for available courses and knowledge for pregnancy prep and good maternal care, I found myself frustrated and inconvenienced with the inability to locate information and services that were supported with evidence based practice, proved to be rich in knowledge, and overall helpful information.

In addition to my own efforts to locate information that was packaged in a digital format, I began to dive deep into the world of maternal health and realized the lack of community, support, and services provide for prental, pregnancy, and postnatal/postpartum women.
